Judge James Armstrong (1795-1867) was husband of Sarah Hepburn and father of Sarah Emily Perry Armstrong and William Hepburn Armstrong. He was a judge in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1857 and lived in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
