    Description: 
    Portrait of Mrs. Job Perit wearing a dress with lace cuffs, a shawl, and a large hat with ruffles and ribbons. Around her neck she wears an oval miniature, which she holds up with her right hand. The miniature portrait is said to portray her daughter Elizabeth Perit, who was about five when the artist painted Mrs. Job Perit and her husband.
