    Description: 
    An abstract sculpture comprised of a total of 20 slabs of Colorado granite suspended by a series of cables which are weighted by granite boulders. There are five diagonal uprights with wings lining each side of the trail.

    The sculpture was designed and fabricated by John Young. Wayne Kakela assisted with the assembly of the sculpture. IAS files contain related brochure "A Celebration of Public Art," Steamboat Springs, 1994, which indicates the sculpture was funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and the City of Steamboat Springs.
