Loony Lagoon, (sculpture). Artist:  Day, Philip, sculptor. Title:  Loony Lagoon, (sculpture). Dates:  ca. 1987-1995. Medium:  Metal, wood and found objects, some painted. Dimensions:  50 pieces. Inscription:  ("Loony Lagoon" is painted on some of the pieces) unsigned Description:  Some fifty pieces of folk art installed on the property of Philip Day include a working merry-go-round, stage coach, U.F.O., animals, buildings, vehicles, cartoon and fantasy characters and a wishing well. Some of the objects have lights and some are movable. Several are installed in a man-made, three-acre pond.
