    Description: 
    Full-length portrait of Robert Burns. He holds a small book in his proper left hand. He is dressed in eighteenth-century costume including breeches, vest and long-tailed jacket. The sculpture stands on a granite base. The front face of the base features a relief floral swag with ribbons.

    The memorial cost $5,000. It was donated to the city and unveiled by St. Andrew's Society.
