Digital Reference:  Medium:  Sculpture: ceramic, bronze (?); Base: stainless steel. Dimensions:  Sculpture: approx. 129 x 22 1/2 x 23 in.; Base: approx. 1 x 25 x 25 in. Inscription:  Laverdiere (Incised on the sides of sculpture are the first lines of 62 novels, children's books, plays, poems and historical documents.) signed Description:  A tall, narrow pyramid with four stages of approximately equal height. The bottom two stages are composed of four blocks joined in the middle of each side. The third stage is a truncated square pyramid. The top stage is a smooth square pyramid made of metal, possible bronze. The sculpture is charcoal colored and stands on a square, stainless steel base.
