    Description: 
    Two eagles, a wall relief and a fountain decorate Burbank City Hall. Two white eagles flank the main entrance. A vertical row of flower-like geometric patterns and a gray eagle appear over the main entrance door. On the side of the building, a cast cement bas-relief depicts laboring men, tractors, surveyors and smoke stacks in Burbank. A four-tiered fountain with turquoise-colored ceramic tiles is in front of the relief. Five black fish decorate the third tier facing the street.
