Remarks:
Painted under the U.S. Treasury Department's Section of Fine Arts project during the New Deal era. Figures were copied from photographs of portraits. Originally done for the campus/town post office. The mural has been moved twice to other buildings. Some of the bottom of the original mural has been lost.
