    Description: 
    A relief plaque set within a large boulder. The plaque contains raised inscriptions at the top and bottom and between them, a bordered bas-relief of a seascape depicting stylized waves crashing up against a rocky shoreline with a solitary bare tree. Off in the distance a schooner-type vessel sails out to sea.
