    Description: 
    Bas-relief featuring a full-length female figure. She wears long flowing robes. Her proper right arm is raised high overhead and she points up with her proper right index finger. Her proper left arm rests on an anchor. The relief is in an arched recess on the side of a stone monument. A cross stands at the top of the monument. The first tier of the monument below the cross is decorated with bas-relief floral garlands. Below this is an extended cornice decorated with ornate scroll work and flowers in bas-relief. The corners of the main section of the monument shaft are carved with down turned bas-relief torches. The monument rests on a low, square granite base.
