    Description: 
    A horizontal, rectangular concrete marker set on a low concrete base. The marker is topped with a sloping cap. On the front face of the marker are two granite placards, both rectangular in shape. The smaller placard on the proper left has a silhouette in white of an eagle in flight pointed to the proper right. The eagle is surrounded by 17 stars; 15 white and black vertical stripes rise from the eagle's wing. At the top of the larger placard on the proper right is the Congressional Medal of Honor Society medallion.
