A satchel is strapped across his proper right shoulder and chest, resting at his proper left hip. A stump-like object is located behind his proper right leg. The sculpture is mounted atop a base, composed of three different colors and textures of grey granite, with three lower tiers supporting a rectangular column with an ornate architectural entablature and a decorative top ledge.
