Cross carved on the front with a decorative floral, leaf, and vine pattern. The cross stands atop a three step base.

The cross marks the graves of Ellen Bryan Warnick (1816-1906) and her husband Leslie Adams Warnick (1807-1907). According to a family member's discussion with the cemetery manager, an inscribed plaque noting Tiffany was installed at the base of hte cross, but the plaque is missing.
