Description:
Two nude children stand facing each other with their arms reaching up to hold a sunflower between them. The face of a sundial is in the center of the sunflower. The stem of the flower hangs down between the two figures. The children stand on a highly polished circular base.

This piece was commissioned by the Rittenhouse Square Improvement Association. Inscription on plaque in ground in front of base reads: EVELYN TAYLOR PRICE/PRESIDENT/RITTENHOUSE SQUARE FLOWER MARKET ASSOCIATION/1916-1939/ RITTENHOUSE SQUARE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION/1934-1946/ERECTED BY HER FRIENDS.
