    Owner:
Seattle Post-Intelligencer, 101 Elliott Avenue West, Seattle, Washington 98119
    Remarks:
Commissioned as a memorial to Bobbi McCallum, a Seattle Post-Intelligencer reporter and columnist from 1965 to 1969. Ms. McCallum's parents asked that the sculpture be given the title "Moon Song," because they had called their daughter by the pet name Moon Child. Plaque west of sculpture reads: IN MEMORY/BOBBI MCCALLUM/REPORTER-COLUMNIST/SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER/1965-1969/"MOON SONG"/GEORGE TSUTAKAWA, SCULPTOR 1971.
Based on markings, SOS! surveyor reported that J. Uchida was possibly a collaborating artist; however, markings are difficult to read. IAS files contain copies from Kingsbury, Martha, "George Tsutakawa," Seattle: University of Washington Press, (Bellevue Art Museum), 1990; and Rupp, James M., "Art in Seattle's Public Places: An Illustrated Guide," Seattle: University of Washington Press, 1992, pg. 127.
