Sculpture was originally designed for the property of Vicki and Al Mattox in New Albany, Indiana. When their house burned in June 1994, the sculpture was donated to Bernheim Forest. Nearby plaque reads: Stephen/1959-1978/From His Parents/Victoria & Alfred Mattox/Tom Butsch, Sculptor. IAS files contain related material.
