    Description: 
    Fountain consists of four scalloped basins with bronze ornamentation in between, a four-sided tapered pedestal with animal head spouts and a figurative grouping at the top. The decorative elements between the basins include dolphins and plants. The three cherub-like figures on top carry a bowl over their heads. There is a medallion on the south side which features an angel restraining a man from beating a donkey.
