Description:
One of three sound sculptures hanging between the subway tracks at the Kendall Square Station. Kepler consists of a hammer poised to strike the side of a large open circle made of metal tubing. The sculpture is activated by a handle and pulley system, one on each side of the tracks, which causes the elements to strike together and make the sound of a gong.
