    Remarks: 
    City of Napa Department of Public Works owns the sculpture. City of Napa Community Resources is responsible for maintenance. IAS files contain copies of related articles from Napa Valley Register, May 15 and 16, 1985. The sculpture commemorates the invention of the loudspeaker by the founders of Magnavox Corporation and is a representation of the original loudspeaker. Children regularly climb on the sculpture.
