    Commissioned by Catherine Honeyman Engmark and Barbara Honeyman Roll in memory of their grandmother Jessie Millar Honeyman, for whom the park is named. Mrs. Honeyman was the founder of the Oregon Roadside Council, an organization dedicated to the beautification of the roads.
