CONRAD/BORN/JANUARY 9TH 1855/DIED/MARCH 30TH 1889 (Plaque on rear of sculpture, raised:) A WIFE TRUE,/JOYOUS AND/YIELDING; A/MOTHER MAR/VELOUSY/DEVOTED AND/TENDER. SHE/PASSED INTO/THE UNSEEN/AND ETERNAL/HAVING FULLFILL-/ED HER DUTY/TO HUSBAND,/CHILDREN AND/GOD. (Family names on limb stumps of sculpture) unsigned Founder's mark appears.
    Description: 
    A grave marker and memorial to Parker Holland, 1855-1889, in the shape of a dead tree trunk, with short, broken off limbs with family names inscribed on the stumps. On the front of the sculpture there is an inscription in an area where the bark has been peeled back. On the back, there is an inscribed plaque. Vines grow up the tree, and around the bottom there is a bundle of wheat and some ferns. The grave marker is in a plot with other grave markers for the Holland family, all bordered by a short, concrete fence that looks like round stones with branches or wood logs between them.
