Description:
"Two concrete drinking fountains flank a concrete pedestal which supports the bust of what appears to be a young girl. The fountain is in simple art deco style. Each fountain has a laurel wreath carved into its front side and identical bronze plaques are at each end. On the back side are steps to the drinking fountain."
