Description:
A deep bas-relief of two robed angels, one standing and one kneeling, in profile. The standing angel has a large set of wings and blows on a trumpet held in her proper left hand, her proper right hand rests on the shoulder of an angel kneeling on her proper right side. The kneeling angel's head is bowed and her hands are clasped over her proper left knee. Acanthus leaves decorate the top and bottom of the monument.

Remarks:
The memorial marks the graves of Marcellus Eldredge (1838-1898); his wife, Mary Evelina Eldredge (1840-1898), who died one day after her husband, and Mrs. Eldredge's sister, Olivia Augusta Dill (1848-1892). IAS files contain the April 9, 1898 cemetery agreement for Lot 4353.
