    Description: 
    A relief plaque with Abraham Lincoln standing on the right in proper left profile. He is wearing a lapelled, knee-length jacket, with his proper right hand to his chest. In the upper left corner of the plaque is a radiant half moon, with perhaps a star above it. The lower left of the plaque has an inscription. The relief plaque is mounted on the tall, upright, center section of the base, which is flanked by low-lying, rectangular sections. The center section of the base below the plaque is inscribed. The base includes a lower tier.
