    Description: 
    Five pre-cast stone relief panels with simplified images which represent 1) Housing, 2) New York City, 3) Law and Justice, 4) Immigration, and 5) the Family Man. Housing consists of several windows, three of which have a person in them; New York City is a perspective view down a city street lined with buildings; Law and Justice is a figure of Justice holding her scales; Immigration is a group of standing people, some looking out and some in profile, with outlines of two ships in the background; and Family Man shows a seated person holding a baby, two children, and a larger figure who stands behind them and reaches out to the baby with his proper right hand.
