Cutts / Born Washington City Sept. 16, 1814 / Died Virginia, July 14, 1856 /-/ James Madison Cutts / Born Saco, Maine, July 29, 1805 / Died Washington City, May 11, 1863 /-/Ellen Elizabeth Wife of James Madison Cutts/ Died February 16, 1897. unsigned Description:  The memorial features a draped female figure standing inside a small square gazebo, which has gabled roofs on each side that are adorned with decorative relief carvings.
