Description:
A small quatrefoil-shaped granite pavilion is formed with four granite columns topped by a circular granite canopy. Beneath the canopy is a bowl resting on a small pedestal.

Remarks:
S. F. Cushman was a prominent Monson wool manufacturer during the late 19th century. Originally the fountain was located in the center of Cushman Street. IAS files contain a copy of the Massachusetts Historical Commission Form dated February 1983.
