Description:
Full-length female figure holding an anchor chain in her proper left hand and holding her proper right hand to her chest. She stands atop a base containing a relief of a man, woman and young boy approaching an angel.

Lucius B. Crocker was Mayor of Oswego in 1857. Riverside Cemetery is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the Crocker Monument is included in the nomination as a historic resource.
