    Description: 
    A larger-than-life figure of a street entertainer, wearing an open jacket and tie and, with his proper left hand, tipping his derby hat to reveal a mouse atop his head. He carries a dog in his proper right arm. Behind the figure is small chest. The sculpture has a rough texture and is mounted upon a brick base with concrete edging.
