    Description: 
    The memorial is a tall square marker carved in relief on each side with a pair of angel heads flanking a rose. The marker is topped with an ornamental urn.

    Remarks: 
    The memorial marks the burial site of John Carter and Anne Eliza Neal, who were reinterred at Oak Hill on Dec. 24, 1851, and Ellen Carter who was interred on April 20, 1860. The lot was purchased in Jan of 1851 for $145.00.
