Description:
Full-length female figure of an angel. She wears a long, sleeveless shift. Her wings are outspread. In her proper left hand she holds a shell. Water pours out of the shell and into a fountain pool below. Her proper right arm is raised and displays the sign language symbol for "love". She stands on her proper left foot; her proper right foot is bent slightly back. She gazes down at the shell she is holding. The bronze sculpture stands on an octagonal concrete base which is covered with blue glass tile. The base stands in the center of a fountain pool.
