Full-length figure of James B. Baker. He wears a suit with long jacket and an overcoat. In his proper left hand he holds a hat. His proper right arm is bent and his hand is at his waist. He has a full beard and moustache. The white marble sculpture stands atop a tall granite shaft. The shaft ends in a three-stepped base.
