    Description: 
    Relief of eight figures, four Native Americans and four pioneers facing each other. One of each is seated. The two central figures represent Miami Chief Little Turtle and Indiana Territorial Goveror William Henry Harrison having just negotiated the Ten O'Clock Line Treaty, also known as the Treaty of Fort Wayne, 1809.

    The inscription on a flatstone marker northeast of the sculpture reads: 10 O'CLOCK/LINE N. 54 (degree symbol) 15' W./SEP. 30, 1809. A painted wood sign south of the sculpture reads: HISTORY/NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE INDIANA/TERRITORY ESTABLISHED BY THE 1809/TREATY OF FORT WAYNE BETWEEN GOV. W. H. HARRISON AND THE INDIAN/TRIBES, MIAMI CHIEF LITTLE TURTLE/PRESIDING. THE LINE FOLLOWED THE/SHADOW OF AN UPRIGHT SPEAR AT/10:00 A.M. HISTORIC GOSPORT IS THE/ONLY TOWN DIRECTLY ON THE LINE.(/A LARGE OUTLINE OF INDIANA WITH 10 O'CLOCK LINE AND GOSPORT INDICATED BY RED DOT)/SCULPTURE/THIS MONUMENT WAS DESIGNED AND/SCULPTURED BY NOTED OWEN COUNTY/ARTIST AND SCULPTOR F. L. HOLLIS, ON/LAND MADE AVAILABLE BY THE/DAVID GRAY FAMILY/DESCENDANTS/OF EPHRAIM GOSS, FIRST SETTLER IN/GOSPORT (GOSS'S PORT) IN 1818./THIS MARKER WAS ERECTED BY THE GOSPORT LION CLUB. (The Lion's Club now maintains the work).
