    Description: 
    A figure of an Attakapa Indian, wearing traditional native clothing, stands holding a feathered scepter in his proper right hand and a pipe in his proper left hand. He wears a headpiece and two large earrings. Strapped to his back is a quiver of arrows. The figure stands atop a multitiered base that is situated within a circular garden setting.
