Description:
Kelli McCarty from Dodge City, Kansas, stands in a recreation of her crowning as Miss U.S.A. on February 22, 1991 in Wichita. She has blonde hair, blue-green eyes, and wears red button earrings and a silver crown with a circle of chiseled diadems. She wears a Bob Mackie sleeveless, long red gown with front-split skirt, over the top part of which she wears an inscribed banner. The figure is carved from a tree trunk and is encircled by a low, fenced, miniature flower garden.
