Description:
Painting of a wall carving from an Egyptian temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. Queen Arsinoe, costumed as Isis, is presenting a staff to Ptolemy with her left hand. In her right hand she grasps an ankh, symbolizing everlasting life. The background is covered in hieroglyphs.
