(includes etched scene of Oklahoma City downtown buildings) (On back of base:) LAKE STANLEY DRAPER/DEDICATED JULY 30, 1964 (includes etched rendition of aerial view of lake and map of nearby streets and airport) (On the other side of base:) STANLEY DRAPER EXPRESSWAY/DEDICATED JANUARY 8, 1966 (includes etched drawing of expressway and downtown) signed Description:  Standing figure of Stanley Draper, dressed in a double-breasted trench coat with a belt, a shirt with a collar and tie, cuffed pants and boots. He is holding a rolled map in his proper left hand and his proper right arm extends outward with pointed index finger. The figure is atop polished granite base with etched inscriptions and scenes of Oklahoma City, including Lake Stanley Draper and Stanley Draper Expressway.
