    Description: 
    Small scale representations of people, buildings and vehicles lining the top row of a curving metal band supported by three posts. Located along the top of the metal band are: a black steam locomotive; a train engineer carrying a lantern; a replica of Germantown train station; a woman in a green dress holding the hand of a small child wearing a white dress; a male figure with mustache wearing a dark suit and hat; a replica of a white five-story flour mill; a male figure with a long white beard and dungarees; a green coal truck; a male figure in a dark blue suit; and a replica of a general store.
