Description:
Relief depiction of Bishop Thomas John Claggett and St. Thomas Church, mounted on a tall stele. The Bishop wears late 18th century ecclesiastical dress and has shoulder-length hair. St. Thomas Church can be seen behind his proper right shoulder.
