Description:
An Art Deco style relief over the south entrance to the building depicts an allegorical female figure kneeling beside two guard dogs. In her hands she holds a book and a replica of the Times Square Building.

Remarks:
The Times Square Building was built in 1930 by the Genesee Valley Trust Company who continued to operate it until 1955, when the building was purchased by 45 Exchange Street, Inc. The new owners renamed the building "Times Square." The building was designated with landmark status and was placed on the National Register of Historic Place on Aug. 11, 1982.
