Remarks:
Title supplied by Inventory cataloger.
The mural was created to fit in the entrance of the library. The arch shape in the center panel was borrowed from the design of the Carnegie Building. The "1893" date in the markings refers to the beginning of the tax-supported Beatrice Public Library; the "1991" date references the year the new building was completed. IAS files contain an excerpt from the Beatrice Public Library Brochure.
