Sculpture depicts two standing burros laden with mining equipment. One burro rests its head over the neck and upper back of the other burro.

The artist had originally created the sculpture in 1991 as a table-top piece which was cast in an edition of 35. In 1992, a life-size version was cast in an addition of 19. The animal was modeled after Jennifer, the artist's pet burro. At the time of the SOS! survey, Sept. 2, 1994, the sculpture was loaned to the City of Cheyenne, Wyoming for its Frontier Days and was due to return on Oct. 1, 1994. IAS files contain a brochure from the Paint Horse Gallery.
