    Description: 
    A stylized male figure, dressed in the sporting attire of fly fishing, including high boots, a vest, and a wide-brimmed hat, stands as if fishing in a river. He raises a fishing rod with his proper right hand and with his proper left hand holds out some fishing line. Out in front of the figure is a trout jumping out of the "river," caught on the line. The figure and fish are placed on a long, rectangular foundation, representing a river.
