    Description: 
    A polished stainless steel cylinder supporting two horizontal disks, with several wave-shaped forms above them. A stainless steel world globe is mounted in a bronze holder above the wave forms, representing Gardiner's connection to the river and the world. A spire projects from the globe's north pole. The upper portion of the sculpture turns in the wind.
