    Description: 
    An outline in steel of the state of North Dakota, with counties borders defined, stands upright inside a rock and concrete retaining wall. The wall is in the shape of the United States, its interior filled with local rocks. Within the North Dakota form there is a circular insert containing the shape of the lake --Devils Lake.
