Sculpture completed as part of a park that overlooks the Penobscot River. Money to create the park came from $30,000 left over from the City of Brewer's centennial celebration. The carving represent Brewer's history, its river and salmon. The bricks used for the terrace came from an original Brewer brickyard and represent Brewer industry.
