Description:
A horizontal wheel with six spokes and 32 cogs, in the shape of the Rotary Club symbol. Two short columns are at the center, resembling a hub and short axle. The concrete wheel is set in a bed of red lava rock within a circular border.

Remarks:
The sculpture resembles the symbol of the Rotary Club, and dedicates nearby trees to area Rotarians who died during the Rotary year 1983-1984. It was designed by the governor for the Rotarian's local district.
