    Description: 
    Full-length figure of a female child stands against a rock. She has shoulder-length hair and wears a knee-length dress with a square neck, three-quarter sleeves and a bow in the back. She is barefoot and holds the stem of a lily in her proper left hand. Her proper right hand is extended.

    Remarks: 
    The monument was erected in honor of Cora Sweet, who was murdered on May 28, 1905 at the age of 11. Funds for the monument were raised through public subscription. IAS files include an article from the Oswego Daily Palladium, 1905 which described the funeral and an article from the Palladium-Times (Oswego, New York), Aug. 4, 1993.
