    Description: 
    Circular grouping of six commemorative benches around a steel fountain. Fountain rests in a sixteen-sided steel pool, which sits in a sixteen-sided concrete pool. Fountain is circled by a brick walkway. Two benches commemorate the memory of police and firemen. One bench commemorates World War II veterans and carries a relief of six soldiers raising a flag. One bench commemorates veterans of the Korean War and carries two reliefs, one of a sitting soldier holding his rifle, another with a collage of war images. Two benches are devoted to Vietnam War veterans and POW/MIAs; one of these carries a plaque listing Wisconsin POW/MIAs beneath a relief of an eagle caught in barbed wire with guard tower in background.
