    Abstract full-length female figure in relief. The figure is elongated and wears a long skirt and head scarf. In her hands she holds a star in front of her at hip-level. The marble relief is mounted on the polished stone wall of a building.

    Remarks: 
    Engraved on the wall below the sculpture: "1941 1945. Forever engraved upon the hearts of a grateful people are these names of our brave sons and daughters who made the supreme sacrifice their final payment on the price of our freedom." Five gold stars are embedded in the wall below the dates. A gold star mother is one who lost a son in World War II. Each gold star mother was presented with a four-inch square flag with a gold star in its center.
